Loyd Associates was founded by Susan Loyd in 2014. With more than 20 years of experience in public affairs communications and management, Susan is an innovative, creative problem-solver, who has a proven track record of helping clients reach and surpass their goals. She has successfully worked with senior leaders in private business and national nonprofit organizations and foundations, as well as government leaders at the federal, state and local level. She has planned and conducted outreach to stakeholders across the private, public and nonprofit sectors.
Susan has worked with a diverse range of public policy issues, including energy, water resources and watershed management, the environment, economic development, workforce development, education, low-income families, affordable transportation, consumer financial protections, and more. She has substantial experience in conveying highly complex or technical information to a broad range of stakeholder audiences, making sure that it is consistent, accessible and actionable.
